MTX Thunder35

These tweeters are well made. I bought them to add into the rear pillars of my suburban. They have helped to make a fuller sound. Do dot expect high sound power. But they deliver clean crisp high frequency balance. To make them fit my truck I had to trim plastic taps and and make a larger diameter opening in the black speaker supports that are behind the speaker grille in the OEM trim. Attached with small screws and washers. Whole job took less than 1 hr with wiring adapters I purchased at the same time. Good value product. Definitely improved the sound in my truck. A great compliment to the powered subwoofer I added last year. I should have done these when I did the subwoofer.

Max thunders Good. But....ram 1500

I just bought 2 to replace the two units not all three on the top dash. If I didn't have to buy 2 more I would replace that as well. I was used to component system and I think I want to go back to that. I don't know how much its speaker vs head unit. I have an audiofile friend that is suggesting an amp that bypasses the head unit to create better sound.
