It was good over all, nice Amp & Subwoofer!

very loud, very clear. i have a 2021 kia k5 and they fit perfectly. loudest and clearest ive heard before. i had a kicker 10 in my truck before this is more of a bass boost than that. overall love it. the left speaker sometimes fails out but corrects itself quickly only happened twice and im using the base amp not even to full copassity. they sound great can hear them from about a quarter mile away.

Amp puts out a punch for being so small, and the sub takes it like a champ. This is great combination that complement each other. I like it a lot!

I bought this for my sons Malibu, I wasn’t looking for anything too powerful but something with more bass. I ordered this package , it arrived quickly the purchase was super easy. I installed this system last night, I set the gain to half way and turned on some music. To my surprise this system absolutely pounds! I was not expecting it at all for 250 watts! I turned the gain down to a quarter and that’s strong enough for what i was lookin...

They look much smaller in the pictures let me tell ya. Yes they’re 2 12 inch subs, and you don’t need to be a mathematician to know these puppies are going to be huge. But let me tell ya, these are big. I love them.

They definitely bump and for less than 150$ two twelve inch speakers and a subwoofer box is a good deal for entry level subwoofers. It’s also very comfortable being able to push these to the limit. The MTX amp does its job but gets very hot! I have yet to make it go into protect or have it shut off on me. It just makes me uncomfortable that it runs so hot.

These surprisingly hit pretty hard for the low power. The customer service is also very good they help you out when you have questions. I 100% recommend these subs. I have had them for almost two years and pushing all the power to them almost and they have not blown.

Great package. It gives you lots of bump for an extremely affordable price. If you're a highschooler or just a young person wanting some bass without the big bucks this is the only option. And the speakers are so good you can upgrade the amp for more oomph

I was looking for some good subs that didn’t cost a lot but not cheap and these do the job! I got a 2013 civic and this makes it rumble a bit. Definitely would recommend this to someone who wants to start out.

Solid starter system

Good sounding subs, could use a bigger amp but overall I like it.

I was really surprised by how loud this was with that tiny little amp! My daughter loves it!

Amazing bass, great box quality and pretty easy to install

Amazing bang for the buck! This will not disappoint you. The only thing worth noting is that the volume control has weak adhesive on it so make sure to pick up something stronger before you install.

The subs are very high quality in my opinion but the amp limits its full potential. I installed mine on my 2007 Ford F350 and my stock door speakers put out more base than the subs do with the amp. Consider buying/replacing the smaller amp with a bigger one to help reach its fuller potential.

I am very content with my purchase. Not as "deep" as some higher end options but you get what you pay for and for the price it is an amazing value. If you have the 2013-17 accord w/o premium make sure to disable ANC, fairly easy took 5 mins.

Great sound did have to add a capacitor to take the toll off of my battery. But otherwise it's been great! Definitely recommend it.

Good at higher frequencies

Great bass and punch.  Definitely not something you'll plan on entering competitions with, but it adds an amazing deep sound to the SUV and very minimal adjustment issues when music style varies.

Not gunna lie I was skeptical because it was only 250 watts. Hooked everything up to my factory radio and omg. Super impressed. I do plan on adding more watts but thats just because you can tell these subs have more potential. But seriously the amp that comes with the set does the job. The bass hits hard and sounds clear. All in all yes..this system is good enough to get you pulled over by police. The amp stays nice and cool compared to other amps Ive had and have not had any problems. Whoever paired these up knew what they were doing. They shipped  and were at my door in 3 days. I would definitely recommend this setup and Crutchfield to anyone looking for car audio.

I pretty much agree with all the positive reviews here - just wanted to post to say that I bought this package 3 years ago now and is still going strong and performance is great.

It's an awesome combo, bought it for my son as a "starter kit" he loved it and it sounds great

Instructions could have been a little more detailed as far as tuning the amp to the source to achieve optimum sound. The external bass control (EBC) really didn't do a whole lot. Once I got the amp tuned correctly the sub-woofers were like thunder! I'll be replacing a lot of bolts and nuts from vibration.

I just had it installed. It is exactly what I wanted at a decent price. I like that it has a control with it. Although I was surprised when it wasn't assembled. It is the first one I have purchased online so maybe they all come that way. The package helped sum up everything in one swoop. I did like that.

Just installed in my Ford Escape and I love it!! More than enough bass!! Have gotten a lot of compliments from my buddies! Would definitely recommend... Great product for great price

Crutchfield does it again. So happy with my purchase. Subs hit hard. Great for the price. I have been a customer of crutchfield for 15 years and spent tons of money with them they never disappoint. People have said the Amp overheats, have not had that problem. People said MTX ships too slow did not have that problem either.

Everything about this sub/amp combo exceeded expectations. Installed easy and quickly and sounds exactly as I had planned.

Subwoofers and the amp are a good match. Made it a lot easier to get the best sound system in a bundle instead of guessing. Sounds great but I would like mtx to offer a ported enclosure option for some people to have a ported or a sealed enclosure option. Other than that I am pleased with the mtx bundle

These Subs sound good with the MTX amp combo. I decided I wanted more bump so, I went with a bigger amp and...now this subs really come alive in my Volkswagen! Luv it!

I put them in my 1998 Dodge Dakota and they bump hard. They sound really good and it comes with a knob so you can crank the bass or just relax.

Just installed yesterday and they are awesome. Did not have the bass knob in the box though wish it had come.

This package hits pretty hard. Although because of my lack of knowledge  I had to call customer service to figure out how to set it up. The guy in customer service  was very helpful. This package  fits in my 09 lancer without a problem.  Only down side I have come to is that they don't send a wire kit so you have to buy that yourself.

works great sounds great  - others say it over heats not really found that - mounting has a lot todo with heat dissipation ran for 3.5 hrs drive and was warm but no clipping or cutting out

Beautiful subwoofer. It's a great system at an amazing price. Great sound quality. Only complaint is that the amp heats up really easily in your car when left in the sun all day.

I bought another amp an autotek 2000.1 amp and turned it down but they go hard on my 98 mercury

I put these in my 02 ford crown vic and i fell in love i read the ratings and still order them at my own risk and im glade i ordered them got to order another set for my truck

I bought this set knowing that mtx was a quality brand. I've owned MTX before and they were great subs. these speakers are absolutely worth what you pay for them, excellent sound and great bass. the only con I have seen so far is the amp that comes with this set gets hot quick, I have the gain set to where its suppose to be and I do listen to my music loud, but it gets hot quick, I haven't had any problems yet and will update my review if I do. Great addition to stock system for the lil $ spent!

I always like the terminators, I had the single 12" before, never had a problem. Now I have a bigger car so I decided to get a dual 12". Very worth the price, rich bass, decent looking, money well spent.

subs are good and amp is a ;ittle weak but the amp this gives you is good for breaking the subs in but after that i would get a better amp for these subs!!

The terminator subs are amazing in my truck, they shake everything and the quality is just amazing and they dont sound crappy like other expensive modules ive tried, Great Job MTX you really gave us something :)

Decent subwoofers with great build quality. I was expecting something with a bit more kick but these are a good value.

Absolutely outstanding quality. Upgraded from MTX 10" Blue Thunders, and I couldn't be happier. Be careful with theses though, because due to the awesome quality, and loud, clear bass, one could say that these terminators truly do live up to their name. Excellent performance, break in quickly and don't disappoint. EVER. Thanks MTX Audio, you've outdone yourselves. Keep up the amazing work.

The kickers hit ridiculous and the amp is a little underpowered but it you're not going for competition level these would be a great set to get and for the price you can't find anything better

i only give 4 stars because i never used the amplifier i bought the enclosure separate though and boy do these pound the bass is tight and the highs and lows are just amazing these even hit harder then my rockford fosgate punches
