I have a 2015 Mazda CX-5 with the Bose system. All 3 dash speakers were either blown or not working at all. I was finding it hard to obtain speakers that would fit the corners (there are 3 speakers on the dash). I purchased the JBL 3.5" one for the center, and these were the only ones I found that would fit the corners - Be careful when you buy; these fit perfectly, (not all 3.5" speakers will fit the corners); and work awesome with the Bose system in the car - Great sound, now I can listen to my music with the total experience. Recommend!

Thought they would be louder

Vast improvement over factory speakers. Just the right amount of Base mid-range to go along with the a-pillar tweeters. Fitment was perfect.

Great sound for the price. Clear highs and punchy lows. These are not subs so don't expect to rattle the window with extreme lows. The install videos and instructions are helpful but do not include good pictures or instructions for the oem clips and wire harness removal. Had to research on YouTube and use prior install knowledge and know how.

The speakers work pretty darn well. The only issue is that the bracket they sent with the speakers made the speaker come in contact with my 04 Dakota's passenger window rail, but thats not the speaker's fault.

Super easy to install with the weird factory install placement. GM has this wild clip in system. Honestly it makes a ton of sense for when building a car, I love the idea the problem is without custom brackets (which Crutchfield recommended and I bought) the install on the door would suck.  The factory units just "snap in" which I thought was neat from an assembly line idea. I bought the brackets and the specialized speaker connecters also recommended by Crutchfield support) and the install was super simple. pop out the old, pop in the new. There were instructions on how to pre-mount the speakers to the brackets which was great and it took me longer to get the door panel off than it did to completely replace both speakers.  I would buy these again as the sound is great and they pair perfectly with the MTX terminator 3.5's that I put in the rear columns. Overall sound is solid and with the new pioneer head unit I am super happy with the install.

With everything they offered that was just for my truck i was able to install all 4 speakers withing an hour the hardest part was taking the door pannel off. These speakers have great quality sound and a good thump when bass is turned up and it shakes my rearveiw mirrors.I strongly recommend.w

So far so good. 2010 Jeep Wrangler Sahara 2 Door. Original oem Jensen U-Connect system. Only put in 2 of the 4 purchased. The next two going the dash. The roll bar speaker install was very easy. They have improved the overall sound quite a bit already. You do have to give them a little volume push to kickstart 'em but great sound.

They look solid all installed, i like the grilles letting the red peak through. Solid budget 6.5" will report back with sound test.

Good speakers.  Much better than the stock Subaru Impreza speakers.  But they're missing in the high tones. Needs some better tweeters, the mid's and lower bass sounds great though.

Everything was shipped and arrived as it should. Haven't installed them yet, but I'm sure they will be amazing compared to oem.

They work - so much better than OEM (especially my OEM which were trashed before I got this car). These are admittedly inexpensive but still a major upgrade.

A very worthwhile upgrade for my Sentra.  Much better highs and lows than the stock speakers.  Really increased the performance of the factory stereo.  The Crutchfield install documents were a big help.  The hardest part was figuring out how to attach the speakers to the adapters!  No instructions covered that.  The first door took me about 30 minutes because of that.  The remaining three speakers took a total of 30 minutes.  Once you do one, the rest are pretty easy.

Got for the rear doors on 2022 Frontier. Sound great. Good bass

Decided to use these for my rear doors in a 2023 Nissan Frontier w/ no Fender Audio. They sound great. They have crisp, clear sound. Way better than factory in my opinion. They have decent amount of bass as well. I'd recommend these to anyone with a factory head unit that wants to upgrade factory speakers to aftermarket. You can't beat it. They also didn't take long to install. Plug and play.

Easy install good sound for the money

Good quality sound is coming out of front and back doors!!  The stock speakers I removed weigh half as much as these new MTX speakers, they crank up nicely.

Speakers are cool. Definitely notice a difference when comparing to stock. More clarity in the high end frequencies and bass has more boom to it. I kinda wish I had spent more and went with kickers or alpine, but for the money, these a hard to beat. Not sure if im really going to be driving the car for more than a couple more years so I didn't want to invest a small fortune for audio. Install was easy, having swapped out speakers a  couple times before. The added free accessories made this a stellar deal. Will be buying another set of these speakers for the rear very soon. No complaints. Overall a good product with stellar service. Speakers arrived within a couple of days. Crutchfield is the best out there for car audio. Running a stock stereo for now, but I'll be back sooner or later to upgrade that! Thanks crutchfield!

Cant beat these speakers for the price. I had Rockford Fosgate in the door of my Tundra that never sounded right. Come to find out , driver side was smoked. Swapped them for these MTX and way more better! Had to splice in tweeter because they only have two stake on tabs unlike previous speaker that had 4. No big - quick and painless install with Crutchfield kit. Recommended A+

Fantastic upgrade for the price. Clear sound and improved volume over factory. Great speakers for mids and treble. Bass is lacking however, which is expected with such a small speaker, especially when paired with the JK's lackluster speaker enclosures. Currently using OEM head unit with bass turned mostly down with mid and treble turned mostly up. Sound is clear and lively now even with the top and doors off. Installation is straight forward, but tricky for front speakers, but this is due to jeep design and no fault of the speakers.

Fantastic budget speaker for my commuter vehicle; really helped the drive. These replaced extremely worn out OEM speakers in a 2005 Honda Element EX, so anything would have been an improvement (factory sub still looks pristine). They installed easily (thank you Honda engineers!) and there were no modifications needed to my OEM panels/grilles. I only had to drill an extra hole for a screw. Sounds really good and makes the drive enjoyable again; well at least as better in a rubber/glass toaster on wheels. The only drawback is when the volume is up higher the bass will fade off fairly quickly from them. Overall they are more than adequate for my commute.

Speakers sound good and are a great replacement for my stock on my 2008 Chevy Malibu. Crutchfield is definitely a top notch company. I literally ordered the speakers on the July 30th and received them the next day. The communication from Crutchfield concerning shipping updates were actually accurate compared to other companies that say they "shipped", but actually created a label giving you the impression the product was shipped when it truly wasn't. I had already put the MTX Terminator 6 6x9's speakers in the front of my F150 over a month or so ago. It was a no-brainer going with the same brand and model for the two rear speakers. Overall I'm happy with them. For the price I paid for the front and back, it was money well spent.

Replaced the OEM roll bar speakers.  Sounds much better.  The first thing you will notice is the weight of the magnet much higher than OEM.

I have a 2009 Honda Ridgeline. Recently all the door speakers blew. Basically they dry rotted due to age. I bought these speakers based on the reviews. I just wanted a quality speaker that was an improvement over the OEM. These speakers are absolutely fantastic. Good all the way round. I thought the factory speakers sounded great, but these are definitely my n another level. No buyers remorse with these speakers.

I've been thinking about treating my 2013 Nissan Versa (base model) to a new audio system but decided to see if just replacing the factory speakers would make a difference.  Wow!  The difference is remarkable!  This is the best upgrade I've ever made to this car and I like the fact that I can keep and enjoy the factory radio/CD equipment.        I would also like to compliment Crutchfield for prompt free shipping and providing everything I needed for an easy installation.

MTX has been known to deliver in the game for decades. When I saw these Terminators available for this price point it was a no brainer.

Really good improvement over a set of 20 year old stock 4x6s. These only handle 45 watts so if your trying to impress your neighbors keep looking.  Love the free adapter bracket and wire harness.

The rather vague somewhat misleading thing is that the speaker outside major diameter is 6.24" (From the MTX manufacturer page). The GMC Envoy it is going into has a mount shown in the picture, that is 5.5" cutout size, and 6.375" outside major diameter max, so 6 1/2 inch is 'slightly' misleading. The Terminator6 drops right in, after cutting off the locating pins the stock speaker uses for alignment. I used a dremel to remove the locating pins leaving a flat surface for a gasket to seat the Terminator6. Hopefully, the picture clears up the vague measurements. The screw holes will hopefully line up. I chose the coax version, as cutting out the stock tweeter would be hacking it out since it's glued in. I disabled the stock tweeter, capping off the lead I removed (positive lead) with heat shrink tubing and CA glue.

Every item purchased was exactly what I needed. I didn't have to spend a lot of time trying to figure out the installation because they sent everything I needed. The sound of the MTX Terminator 6 was the right fit and sound for my truck.

Punchy sound for a budget. We installed these in my son's pickup over the weekend. Huge upgrade over the factory speakers for very little out of pocket. They're not going to blow anyone away, but they are a step up for sure!

I'm no expert but understand it on power/watts. In a 2006 Jeep Liberty. Also got the mounts and foam door "boxes". Had  10" polkDXi subs and a Pioneer amp can't remember.         Anyway.they can take the maximum volume and only distorted bass. Turned it down for them and it was awesome! All 4 doors got these.

Ordered for my 00 Taco to replace rear stocks. Easy to install with ready harness that came with them & the Sound great and just what was looking for!     Will add sub soon

Nice quality speakers as you’d expect from Mtx, they don’t seem to have as much bass as I’d like, but you can’t expect much from a component speaker, these are shallow enough they fit in the doors of my 98 tacoma and rear speaker pockets

The sound is decent. I feel like I expected a bit more bass from them, but the price was good. They sit not exactly flush with the supplied mounting bracket in the Honda Fit. had to shave some room from the bracket for the mounting screw to fit under the speaker hosuing.

Easy to install. Directions are a generic outline to follow as needed. The sound, and the silence, is so nice after figuring out the old speaker diaphragm was the super loud rattle going down every road.

One of my stock speakers had blown a couple years back, so I decided it was time to replace it. I purchased these because they were pretty inexpensive, but I am blow away with how crisp the sound is! I should've replace all four speakers rather than just the back two. Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting a clear crisp sound at a decent price point. The bass is good, but I'm sure there are better options if that's what you're wanting. I just needed a close to stock replacement and this was more than enough!!

Massive improvement over Wrangler Infinity roll bar speakers. Much more clear and they don't sound muddy like infinity's did from day one (we've owned the wrangler since new in 2012 - it's our daughters car now). We got these because the factory infinity's were going both front and back. The fronts are an improvement, but the originals were not bad to begin with. So improvement is there, but not crazy. They just sound clear and maybe like infinity's in front sounded when new. The roll bar??? Night and day.

Huge upgrade from factory...replaced rear door speakers in crew cab, 2005 Nissan Frontier and also replaced the front doors with MTX 69. The sound quality increased dramatically, especially for the money

These are to replace the 25-year old OEM speakers in our 1998 Honda CR-V which had served their purpose well, but could no longer handle their audio responsibilities, especially as this is our summer day trip & camping vehicle. Installation was fairly simple, although three screws instead of four is a bit challenging. The sound is definitely fuller, richer, and deeper with these MTX Terminator 6s. We are excited to test these out on the roads of summer!

I'm impressed with these speakers. I have a 2016 nissan versa and my oem speakers are cheap and sounded horrible. As soon as I installed them the volume has increased and full range of audio is finally head. I can hear rich highs, mids and some low bass bump.

1000% improvement over stock speakers in my 07 GMC Canyon. My stock speakers were very cheap and original & always crackled with any bass. These were really easy to install and instantly sounded better. I'm able to fine-tune the sound (bass treble etc) to fit the vehicle. The volume goes higher and they work great with the factory radio!

Sounds great works as described

One of my 6 year old factory speakers had developed an annoying buzz, so it was time to replace them.  Did not want the hassle of replacing head unit, so started shopping for upgrades that would work with existing unit.  These speakers got good reviews overall, but many reviews commented on lack of bass response.  I took a chance at the price and bought these components for the front and a pair of MTX Terminator6 2-ways for the rear door. Replaced the damaged rear door speaker first and powered it up to test it before reassembling the door.  Almost took it out, as bass response felt very inadequate. However, decided to continue and replaced the remaining three speakers.  I have not yet replaced the tweeters, as I am working in my driveway in New Hampshire at Thanksgiving and my fingers were close to numb, but will do that in the spring and update this review at that point, assuming I can remember to come back and figure out how to edit.  Anyway, I'm so glad I kept going! With the doors reassembled, I realized that Hyundai has built some acoustics to improve bass response into their doors. While I won't attract the attention of the noise police for my thumping bass, the sound is very full and, more importantly, clean.  If I did give up any bass, it was well worth it to remove the 'wet blanket' sound that was my old factory speakers.  These are great speakers for what I wanted, and I imagine adding a small sub would make them nearly perfect!

I had put these in my 2008 Chevy Silverado LT on the factory head unit and it made a world of difference the sound was so good plus the bass and treble was super pure along with nice mids! If you are wanting a price friendly upgrade for your vehicle and have a solid head unit from the factory these are your speakers. They were better than I expected and did exactly what I wanted. Definitely one of the better bang for the buck options! Highly recommend.

I originally bought a set of Kenwood KFC-1666S to replace a blown OE factory speaker and I was dissatisfied with the sound quality and requested a replacement and these MTXs were an option, I took the plunge and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised at the tonal quality and range these speakers have it has made a difference should have gotten these originally thumbs up. I purchased these 2-ways to push the rear sound on my Dodge Ram as I installed 3-ways in the front doors (see review). Surprisingly these speakers are not as loud as the 3-ways but have nice bass. This is not a reflection per se on the speakers as I am still running my factory radio so is acceptable for now. I will probably upgrade soon with a head unit to get the full potential from these speakers. However, I still recommend these speakers based on price point. If you want a speaker upgrade with factory radio, I recommend getting either a new higher power head unit or look for different speakers that do not require the additional power.

Sound quality excellent.

I ordered these for my Chevy Spark. I wasn't looking for huge and complex sound, just an upgrade from the stock speakers and they work really well! The bass can be pumped up high and they still sound nice and clear even at high volume. The price point was really nice and the fact that Crutchfield included instructions and adapters at no extra cost made my install super easy and this was my first time doing anything like this. Definitely will be using Crutchfield again for future upgrades.

These MTX speakers are great sounding speakers. The tweeters are crisp and the mids bass is great.

Big improvement over stock. Didn't take too long to install, although I had to do some DIY to get them to install into my car. That's probably my fault as I am not very smart, but I couldn't figure out how to mount them to the bracket that I ordered so I used superglue to hold the screws and radio in place in the brackets. They sound amazing, especially with an aftermarket head unit. I will buy these for the rear speakers.

Excellent upgrade from factory speakers in my Bronco Sport. Great price and great sound. I have 4 12s and couldn't even hear the words to the music when the bass was thumping with the factory speakers. Installed these with a Kenwood M1814 pushing them and what a difference! I love them.

When buying $50 speakers, you should have one expectation and that is that they work. They do. I replaced some blown door speakers on a 2006 Hyundai Tucson and I'm not going to say that they are an upgrade form the originals. However, they are an upgrade from my iPhone speaker so that's a win. I had some MTX subs back in high school so I considered the brand to be worthy. They're currently powered by a JVC KD-S19 which could also use an upgrade but I'm planning on buying a new car this year.

2014 Nissan Frontier SV - perfect fit in rear doors - sound is a bit hollow overall, but for the price they are an upgrade over stock.  Easy install with all wiring required supplied by Crutchfield.  They did seem to "break in" over the first few days. May upgrade them in the future but for now they are getting the job done.

Good replacement for blown stock speakers

I have a 30 year old Subaru with the factory tape deck. I added a cheap bluetooth adapter to stream music from my phone. But the rear speakers were rotten.  The install took about 30 minutes, I had to drill a few holes in the factory bezel to line up with the MTX speakers. The wiring was a cinch with the included adapter, no cutting or splicing wires. Great job Crutchfield!  The speakers sound great with for the factory tape deck.  I may get inspired and purchase a new head unit along with a powered sub woofer to put underneath the passenger seat.      I would highly recommend these speakers for those on a budget.

These were purchased to replace the rear, OEM speakers in a 2001 Honda CRV. They arrived quickly, very easy to install, sound better than the OEM speakers and the price was good.

I don't know how MTX does it, but the sound quality for the price on these is unbelievable. MTX is so underrated. I bought these for my brother's 2005 Scion xB front doors to replace the stock Pioneer speakers and his system sounds 10 times better!! Free wiring harness, Free brackets! Install was super easy. We had to install sound deadening material while we had the door panels off because these rattle the doors big time without it. BASS, mids, and highs are just amazing for this price. You cannot go wrong with these!

Just installed in a 2014 ford fusion.  I removed the factory speaker from the factory mount, and with about 5 mins on each with a drimmel these actually sit down in the mounts. I clipped the wires going to the factory speakers and attached them to the new speakers,  allowing for use of factory 4 prong connector keeping factory tweeters working.  Also made for super easy install. As far as sound big improvement over stock. Especially for the price.

I had MTX in the past during the Golden area of car stereo systems (early 90s) and I thought they great.  I guess for the price point they're not bad but was expecting more. Lastly MTX  is an American company in Illinois and these speakers are made overseas, years ago they were made here and were great products.

After upgrading the front speakers with MTX Terminator69, I used these MTX Terminator6 for the rear door in my 2016 Outback. Good response in mid and higher frequencies, but not much better than original stock speakers with original factory radio system.

2014 Nissan titan SV. The speakers work great. The base is awesome. They sound a lot better than my wife Bose speakers in her car. The amounts that they gave me fit perfectly and everything worked well.

Great for door speakers, powerful, but not too powerful,  you may have to something to the doors because certain song with a lot of bass , these speakers will definitely rattle the metal on the doors, but for the price absolutely perfect!!!!!

I installed a set of these MTX speakers over the holidays in my 2008 Honda and noticed an immediate improvement in my audio in the car.  Much better clarity, more bass and more punch in the music overall. My passengers also noticed the difference after I put them in and commented on it. Install was easy, so don't be put off if this worries you - you just need a screwdriver. I didn't need to look at the instructions, it was that simple.  They sound as good as much more expensive speakers in my opinion.

2004 Ram 2500 with factory Infinity speakers    I replaced the rear door 5.25" factory Infinity speakers with these. Sound is good and I was able to install without any modifications and using factory screws (speakers apparently have holes for three and four screw mounting applications) but the holes did not line up very well.

Bought these for my son's 2004 Honda CRV rear doors.  The Crutchfield staff helped us choose the speaker.  Sounds great.

I bought a pair of these 6-1/2" to replace some Kickers in my '99 Civic coupe doors. The Kicker tweeter sounded tinny to my ears. I mainly bought the MTX because of the point source design and because they have rubber surrounds and not foam that is prone to rot or split like the Kickers. I read some reviews saying that the MTX had no bass. Obviously they reviewed their speakers before breaking them in or did something wrong in their install. The MTX like any other speaker will need time to break in so the suspension can loosen up and be able to reach the lower end of their frequency response. For me it took roughly 20 hours over a couple of weeks of music that had a good amount of bass only using my head unit power. Now my MTX have some pretty impressive bass considering how shallow they are and the fact that the install is not rattle free. In my Civic the door speakers mount directly to the door panels instead of to the actual metal of the door. I'm sure my speakers would sound better if they were mounted to a more solid structure but that's what Honda gave me to work with. I will figure out a better mounting scheme in the near future and get rid of all rattles. The midrange sounds good and the tweeter is less prevalent(no harshness) than the Kickers but then again the speakers are located at the bottom of the doors. I'm sure using an amplifier on my MTX would make a night/day difference. I'm very happy with my purchase. Great value. Thank you MTX and Crutchfield.

Bought Kenwoods  for kids car to give him something better. One of the rear New Kenwoods were bad. (Yes, I know how to install speakers..LOL)     Immediately called Crutchfield.  Service representative said he didn't have those speakers in stock. So overnighted these to us. Let me tell ya. They actually sound 10xs better than the Kenwoods do. The tweeter is a little weaker. But the bass and mid are 10xs better. So 5 stars to Crutchfield service and the speaker recommendation at ZERO cost.

SUPERB, installed to replace factory 2006 Honda Accord EX speakers with factory head receiver w/o navigation. The sound quality & bass I could hear set @ highest volume of 40 now can be heard at 20 & bass is only needed at the central point "C" as going to +6 setting shakes the rear view mirror too much ??. When removing the old factory speaker & mounting from the pass/driver side door make sure to remove the mounting surface edges so the door panel can go over the new speakers, flush, when you reinstall. Wish I had pictures or videos but I do not - check YouTube. Very much worth the money the Kenwoods couldn't do - does exactly what I needed it to do!!!?? Thank you CRUTCHFIELD

Color me impressed. I bought 2 sets of these MTX Terminator6 speakers (4 speakers) for my Jeep doors. They are 100% worth it.         Good clarity, Great Bass, & Simple Installation!        I don't know how these other reviews say they have no bass. . Those people either don't have ears or no amp, probably both. They sound fantastic, very low treble which makes them even better!        Crutchfield supplies everything needed for the install. I ended up using the installation screws that came with the speakers rather than the installation kit that Crutchfield provided since they are longer and work better for my application.        After installation my sound system sound light-years better than the stock deteriorated speakers and tired old broken-down head unit. For now, I'm using the stock AMP with the Alpine HU I purchased from Crutchfield last week.         I couldn't be happer with these upgrades. I don't want a system that blocks the world from my ears as I love my FlowMaster Exhaust. But these budget speakers can handle the Bass! They seem to have very low Treble which is a plus for me since I'm allergic to treble, haha.         You can't go wrong with these speakers on a budget and I highly recommend them for an upgrade over the junk Infinity Gold speakers of 90s Jeep's.     Thank you once again, Crutchfield!

Very nice upgrade from my OEM Wrangler speakers. By no means am I an audiophile but could clearly hear the difference. Very happy with these speakers. Getting all the necessary connectors and brackets for free from Crutchfield will ensure I'll only buy from them from now on.

I really enjoyed these speakers.i love the red color through my door grills as opposed to the factory gray.i put them in the front lower doors and my rear deck, they sound great for the money they cost. now to afford a nice CarPlay radio to go with it and a nice sub and amp would make me super happy!!

Honestly I did not know what to expect for the low price. I was replacing my 06 Nissan Titan Fosgate speakers and they were still in decent shape. I had changed out my dash speaker and replaced the head unit, added a sub a while back. They sound great. I installed four and they have crisp highs and decent mid base to compliment my 10 in sub.

These look awesome. Unfortunately, they will be hidden behind door panels. These guys fit perfectly in the rear door of a 99 Tahoe and sound...alright. They are too small to handle any bass and seem to be missing something in the mid range as well. I might have a bad set up somewhere and will continue to adjust and play with the system. I bought new front door speakers and a new head unit at the same time. I am still playing with everything but as of right now I will give them 4 stars... I want to give them 3 stars but I am not convinced I didn't mess something up with the set up.

Great speakers for the price.  Bought them for my daughters 2000 Chevy blazer.  Install was simple crutchfield gave me everything I needed.  The music sound so much crisper than the factory speakers that's were in before.  Definitely recommend!!

I ordered the MTX Terminator6 almost a year ago. Just got around the installing them this weekend. Wow-Super Loud and Crisp, lots of Base especially in my Jeep. I love 'em!!! Chose them also because they are Red & Black matching my ride.

Awesome little speakers, purchased these to go in rear of my Ram 2500.  These were a substitute for the Kenwood performance 6.5s which were out of stock at the time, and cant say I was let down. Install was a breeze, pretty cool seeing the red through the rear door grates.   No complaints.

Great speaker ,great price. But finally i get to the bad. Instructions say to use 5/16 socket, dont use 5/16 Use a 3/16. You will find it fits better.On my 05 Pontiac rear seat sides anyways. And finally, one of the speaker wire mount points had excess solder ( spilled) onto it and was a obstruction to wire connectot being installed on speaker. Set me back a day cause i did not have solder iron to heat and remove excess solder. Once fixed it was fine. They sound really good baxk th err e.

I replaced the stock Volvo rear door speakers with these. The sound is very good. I knew they wouldn't have as much bass as the stock speakers, but the overall sound is better. These MTX speakers do hit hard at 60hz and above. If you want  bass, be sure to pair these with a good subwoofer setup. If you're not overly concerned with lots of bass, these are perfect. Read the specs listed so you'll know what to expect.    Even though these are 2-way, with a built in tweeter, I paired them with another set of tweeters so I could get the high sounds elevated above the lower location of the door speakers. It sounds excellent.

Sound nice n clean

I purchased these after I blew out one of my stock Subaru speakers and let me tell you they sound great! Nice crisp sound and provide a tight bass hit. Only down side is occasionally they clip at high volume but not very noticeable. If you're looking for a budget speaker to upgrade from stock you won't be disappointed.

2016 Scion Im rear speakers. I bough them as replacement speakers and would say the quality is good. 15% increase over stock but for newer cars get something else.

Installed these in my 2002 2500hd this last weekend. They sound ok. But just that. There's not amazing clarity, I think good condition stock speakers actually sound better. My truck is 18 years old, with the stock head unit. Only reason i replaced the speakers is because all of my factory cones had dried up and turned to dust. Better than what i had, but i don't think these are an upgrade over stock, or at least not by any large amount. I'm happy enough to be able to listen to music now with no rattles. Bass isn't as clear as factory speakers, but midrange is.

Installed these speakers into my 2018 Chevy 2500HD. Overall I'm not that impressed with how they sound. I actually think the factory speakers sounded better. They were easy enough to install and seemed like good quality.

i needed to replace the door speakers in my pontiac vibe/toyota matrix so i purchased 2 pair of the Mtx terminator 6 1/2 speakers for the doors (also used vtx 60 speaker baffles ) Rockford Fosgate R1T-S 1" tweeters for the front door pillars and replaced the factory radio with a JVC-KW  R935BTS  - everything sounds and looks great for under $300

Great, inexpensive replacement speaker upgrade for the base model stereo system in my 2013 Dodge Dart SE that I purchased used in July 2019. One of the rear door speakers was fried, so it was obviously time to upgrade while replacing. The night prior to installation, I read the installation instructions several times so I'd know what to expect. Everything went well, straight from the speakers to the adaptor plates to the wiring harnesses. Having all the right tools goes a long way. A few years ago, I purchased an inexpensive trim tool set online. For no more than those cost, everyone should have a set handy.

These are pretty good.  Much better than my Jeep's factory speakers.  A lot more clean and crisp sounding.  Wasn't expecting too much since they were the budget level speakers but they definitely sound a lot better than my old ones!  Would recommend for someone who is looking for an inexpensive upgrade to old factory speakers.

Sound much better than my OEM speakers that died. Great speakers in this price point. GM ran all the audio alarms  for Door open, key in ignition, etc through the driver front speaker. Those work now and my stereo rocks!  Crutchfield made installation so easy with adapter brackets and wire connectors. Done!

Replaced my oem Jeep dash speakers with these. I noticed a big difference in clarity and bass. I haven't really put them to a top off test as I am still building my system. I have been a long time customer of Crutchfield and will be purchasing speakers for my sound bar soon.

These small speakers put out some bass even with factory stereo. I plan on adding a better stereo and amp to see what they really can do. They sound good and clear too. Perfect fit for my 05 sil3ext cab.

Chose this speaker based on reviews and price. Definitely not as good as most people stated unless amplifier is added. Still not a bad speaker, just not much improvement from factory without power pushing them.

1991 Ford F150 Lariat standard cab. Great sound with stock radio. Good fit, no obstructions. Chose to drill a few holes to mount speakers securely.

The sound comes out clearer then before with an extra kick.

Replaced some door speaker woofers with these coaxial speakers and I'm glad I did.  The install was easy and these speakers can take much more power than the stock ones.

I had just purchased these speakers to upgrade the sound in my 2009 Infiniti m35x, replacing the rear door speakers.  I have the 6 speaker system, stereo is stock and no added amplifier.  The install was very easy and the sound is outstanding.  These speakers have a nice, rich bass sound at all volume levels.  The highs are handled well by the tweeters.  For the money, these speakers cant be beat.  Super fast shipping from crutchfield as well.  Had a very positive overall experience and will be shopping with crutchfield again.

Phenomenal sound for the price! They're definitely geared towards bass! The installation is as easy as connecting the connectors to the pins in the back, which are different sizes so the polarity is not accidentally reversed. 10/10  recommend!

Speakers were a great buy.  Big improvement over factory and did not break the bank!

I bought these speakers for a Honda Element to replace the factory speakers. Installation was very easy. I didn't need any sort of adapter to make them fit and although the instruction from Crutchfield state that part of the door interior needs to be cut away, it had plenty of room an no cutting was needed. The sound is a huge improvement over what came with the vehicle. They have a good midrange punch to them the factory speakers never had and although these speakers are not top of the line, the Honda Element is such a noisy vehicle, I don't think it matters much. Were I to have bought speakers that cost several hundred dollars instead of these, I doubt I'd be able to tell the difference without some serious sound deadening added to the doors.

Good clarity. Tweeters are bright. Allows you to roll your treble back a little. Good bass response. Much better over stock.

There ok, thought I would get better quality sound

I just ordered two sets for my 2000 Cherokee XJ. They are a very easy fit and the price point is absolutely right, as far as sound I would say they are on par with Rockfords Punch series, very crisp highs and full mids, very clean. I'm running a Pioneer GM-A4704 amp front staged sound 60/40.

Has very good crisp sound even at very high volume. I bought these to pair with my 2 12" skar subs so I didn't need bass but a good midrange speakers. They have absolutely NO BASS, just a heads up but they do sound great.

Put these in my 2012 Silverado and I couldn't be happier!! These speakers sound awesome!!

I bought these speakers to replace the stock speakers in my 2014 Dodge Dart. The install was super easy with the supplied mounting plates. The speakers get loud for sure but there is virtually no bass whatsoever.
